"Pawel and his team have transformed our house, inside and out. They redecorated virtually every room (following a complete rewiring job undertaken by a different tradesperson that left nearly all the walls in our house with deep gashes) and laid an oak floor. The standard of workmanship was extremely high, with endless filling and sanding, painting and repainting resulting in a perfect job. Second they made our outdated kitchen and dining room into one fantastic cooking, eating and living space, knocking down walls, taking out chimney breasts, installing new kitchen units/work surfaces/appliances/radiators etc, putting up glass tiles and laying, sanding and polishing an ipe wood floor.

Work done outside was to as high a standard as the indoor work, with an expertly laid new patio and lawn in the back garden and landscaping in the front. But there are several things over and above the excellent quality of the work that makes Pawel stand out from other builders. First, he and his team are genuinely obliging and a pleasure to have around, and are always more than willing to help out with extra jobs, how ever big or small, while they're at your home. Second, Pawel always sticks to the price he quotes at the outset, even if the job turns out to be more complex or takes longer than anticipated. Third, he makes the process as painless as possible for the client, for example by sourcing products and materials on your behalf where he can and also dealing direct with the local authority building control inspector where that's required.
